About the Founder:

Professional Overview

Prior to founding Relentless Growth, Chris Neenan spent nearly twenty years in enterprise sales across a wide range of responsibilities. With a focus on serving his teams, peers, and customers, many would attest to his sense of calm, discipline and selflessness. 

While his consistent over-achievement, leading strategic direction, and hiring great people were key to his teams’ success, his deepest passion was in developing people through his unique blend of coaching, mentoring and teaching.

Business Experience

Chris joined Bazaarvoice in 2010 as an Account Executive and quickly proved successful, moving to larger, strategic and global accounts. 

In 2012, Chris moved to London to help expand the UK business as an individual contributor. Two years later, he was promoted to lead the UK sales team of ten AEs and three SDRs; where he discovered, embraced and excelled at the challenges of being a first time sales leader. Establishing a reputation for developing his people and enabling their success, he was promoted to Vice President of EMEA in 2017, with responsibility for 70+ people in sales, pre-sales, business development and client success.

It’s a track record filled with successes and failures - each providing valuable insights and learnings.

Personal Overview

As a family man (married with four children), spirituality nerd and endurance athlete regularly competing in ultra-distance running events, Chris enjoys the daily challenge of keeping everything in balance while striving to be at his best in service to others.

Relentless Growth

With a desire to work exclusively on coaching, mentoring and teaching others, Chris left the corporate world at the beginning of 2020. Combining all that he’d learned across this wide-varying enterprise career - the successes and the failures - he sets out to develop sales leaders with the objective of creating more teams where people and performance can grow.
